Miguel Gil León (Granada, 1964). Enjoys photography from an early age, but it was not until five years ago when he decided to make photography his artistic passion. His work focuses on the nature and studio photography. He also belongs to AFOGRA, the Colectivo Bastetano Photography “COBAF”.

In 2010 he co-founded the photographic website entreproyectos.com and homofotograficus.com dedicated to training. In 2011 and 2012, he was director of Al Andaluz PhotoFestival, held in Granada.

He has exhibited nationally in shows such as “White and black,” 2009. “Landscapes”, 2010. “Cobaf natural”, 2011. Cobaf portrait “, 2012. All in the exhibition hall of the worship center Santo Domingo, Baza. “Earth” (Cultural Center Gran Capitán, Granada, 2009). “Desertification” (Fundación Caja Rural, Granada 2011), has participated in group exhibitions: “Cascamorras” since 2005 and the “Holy Week in BAZA ” in the same year, being awarded first prize in 2005. He is a loyal participant in the national Nature photography contest “Photo Safari Sierra de Baza” in which was awarded in 2010 with the award for the best “Creative Photography” and in 2011 with the award for the best “Photography landscape. “He was also awarded the best Serón Photographic Safari “Photo Color” and in Casabermeja with a second prize.

He learned by the hand of renowned photographers like Antonio Vazquez and Rosa Vazquez in nature photography. Currently he develops his work in night and long exposure photography.
